This attorney will work on sophisticated renewable energy transactions involving wind, solar, and battery storage projects across the country.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex real estate matters related to project development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, title and survey review, and the negotiation of key project agreements. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with leading renewable energy attorneys on high-profile projects in a collaborative and growing practice.
